HOW TO SAFELIST COGENCY GLOBAL EMAILS

Not getting our emails?

If you've signed up for our email updates but haven't received any or are finding our emails in your spam filter, we first suggest that you safelist the cogencyglobal.com domain. Below are a few other tips that may help.

When Cogency Global emails show up in the spam folder of your email client (e.g. Outlook or Gmail), move these emails into your inbox. Once you move the emails, open them and try clicking a click within the email body. This demonstrates to the email client that you want to receive emails from Cogency in the future.

In the event you have not received any emails from us, check whether your company is using a separate spam filter (e.g. Mimecast, Proofpoint, Barracuda). You can check the 'on-hold' area in these platforms for any emails coming from @cogencyglobal.com and allow/permit the domain from there. This should prevent future emails from being quarantined in the spam filter.

Depending on your company's configurations, you may need to work with your IT department to update your safelist or add cogencyglobal.com as a 'safe sender'.
