Covers Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington (state), and Wyoming.
New York Consulate: $60 per document
Covers Connecticut, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
Texas Consulate: $50 per document
Covers Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.
