Concourse® Early Access Help Guide

A short guide to navigating the experience, using the Action Grid, getting help, and sharing feedback.

Start here

Use Concourse® as you normally would. This guide explains the primary dashboard experience and gives you a simple way to request help or share what you notice.

Have a question, feedback, or suggestion?

Email us at productfeedback@cogencyglobal.com or select Feedback or Suggestions in the bottom-right corner of Concourse®. We’d love to hear from you, so please share as often as you’d like!

Getting Started

Use Concourse® as your starting point

Concourse® used to work mainly as a launcher with a search bar and application tiles to help you find the right Cogency system. The new experience builds on that foundation and adds an account-level dashboard that surfaces your important work and status information in one place, so you can see what needs attention before opening a separate Cogency application.

A quick path

Scan the dashboardReview items that need attention or are already in progress.
Open an itemSelect the available action to review or continue the work.
Check the resultConfirm that the next page or application matches the action you selected.

What Concourse® does

Concourse® summarizes, prioritizes, and routes work. Detailed records and workflows remain in the connected Cogency tools.

Use the Action Grid

The Action Grid is the most significant functional change in the new Concourse® experience. It introduces a centralized worklist that brings together tasks and status information from Entity Central®, UCC ProFile, Orders & Invoices, and other applications into one table. For the first time, you can see action items and order status from multiple Cogency Global applications in one place, without logging into each one separately.

At the top of the grid, summary counts show how many items are overdue, due this week, due in 30 days, and due in 60 days. Other dashboard updates, including the Compliance Calendar, Registered Agent Map, and Quick Links, improve how information is presented; the Action Grid adds a new cross-application view of responsibilities and work status. The grid includes relevant activity from a defined timeframe for your account.

Please note that compliance data may not be available in real time.  Compliance information may not update immediately after a filing is completed. Status information depends on data provided by each state, and update frequency can range from daily to quarterly. For accounts without compliance services, the data only changes when it is updated in Entity Central®.

Why we built it

The Action Grid is designed to help you understand what needs attention now and what to do next. You can now start in Concourse® and follow the action shown in the row.

Each alert link is written as a clear next step, such as Pay Invoice, Prepare UCC-3, or Review. The dashboard also gives you a consistent starting point for managing work with Cogency Global.

The notification bell reflects the same notifications shown in the Action Grid. You can expand the Action Grid to view all notifications.

Choose a tab

Common actions

Depending on the item, you may see Contact Us, Review, View Order, View Invoice, Pay Invoice, Prepare UCC-3, Update Status, Edit, or Send to Cogency.

Dismiss an item

After addressing an item, you can dismiss the row. Dismissed items move to the Ignored section, available through View More in the Action Grid, where you can retrieve them as well.

  • Find and open a specific order or invoice.
  • Review available details and status information.
  • Complete any available action associated with the item.

If something doesn’t look right

  • Note whether you accessed the item from the dashboard widget or the main navigation.
  • Record the order or invoice you were trying to open or pay.
  • Capture any status, payment option, or message shown.

Share feedback as it is coming in

A quick note in your own words is enough. You can share feedback by emailing productfeedback@cogencyglobal.com or by selecting the Feedback or Suggestions link in the bottom-right footer of Concourse®. Share what stood out while the experience is still fresh.
