Client Service Associate, St. Paul MN

Cogency Global is seeking a Client Service Associate in Minnesota.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting all incoming delivery personnel.
  • Receiving inbound calls and making customer calls.
  • Processing and distributing all mail and Service of Process.
  • Driving to the SOS office daily, to deliver documents.
  • Directly contacting internal and external clients – processing orders, resolving any issues, providing excellent customer service.
  • Reviewing legal documentation with great attention to detail.
  • Guiding clients through the process of working with state and local public offices
  • Retrieving documents from various online state agency databases.
  • Working with public offices and commercial agents on the client’s behalf.
  • Navigating quickly between multiple databases quickly and accurately.

Job Requirements

  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • The ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, as well as problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of oversight.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel and Outlook software).

Final compensation will be based on experience related to the position.

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-time, M-F; Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Salary Range: $42K –$45k
