Direct Access Supervisor
Cogency Global is seeking a Direct Access Supervisor for one of our U.S. office locations.
Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Supervisor to lead our internal Direct Access Team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations involving the processing of a high volume of state-level UCC/lien requests submitted by branch offices via the OPUS Fulfillment queue. The Supervisor will ensure that each request is accurately searched through the appropriate Secretary of State offices and completed using Cogency Global’s proprietary software. This position plays a vital role in driving team productivity, meeting service-level deadlines, monitoring performance metrics, and acting as a key liaison between team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team responsible for processing UCC/lien search requests.
- Manage workflow and ensure timely, accurate completion of all requests.
- Utilize proprietary tools and systems to facilitate search and fulfillment processes.
- Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and implement process improvements.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding team operations.
Experience and/or Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, Adobe, and Outlook software)
- Requires time management skills and the ability to shift between tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to performance metrics, workflow optimization, resource management, and team training.
- Strong analytic, verbal, and written communication skills
- Skills in process while implementing improvements and workflow efficiencies
- Must be a current Cogency Global employee; internal transfers only (with Supervisor acknowledgment)

Additional Information
Job Type: Full-time Exempt; M-F Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Location: In-Office Initially | Hybrid Eligible After Training
