Responsibilites

• Receive and process incoming mail and service of process.
• Perform daily state runs to the Secretary of State office.
• Process fulfillment requests, filings, searches, certified copies, good standings, certificates of facts, and service orders.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and required information.
• Review and submit corporate and UCC filings in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines. Communicate with internal teams, clients, agencies, and branch offices.
• Maintain productivity, quality, turnaround, and error-rate expectations.
• Serve as a subject matter resource on fees, forms, and state requirements. Utilize and update team resources on SharePoint.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk to the Secretary of State office twice per day at a minimum.
• Strong computer and research skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Job Type: In-office, M-F Hours: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Salary Range: $50K
