Fulfillment Operations Supervisor

Responsibilites
- Lead day-to-day Fulfillment operations across California and Washington.
- Ensuring accuracy, efficiency, accountability, and consistent
- white-glove service.
- Coach and develop team members; monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics.
- Balance workloads and ensure seamless queue coverage across the region.
- Standardize SOPs, training resources, and best practices.
- Support automation and system enhancements.
- Provide hands-on queue assistance during peak volumes.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on staffing, training,
- service, and operational priorities.
- Manage client and service escalations.
- Travel approximately 20-25% to regional offices to support operations and team development.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume
- environment.
- Proven ability to analyze data, monitor performance, coach employees, resolve problems, and drive process improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, judgment, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with client interactions and escalations, hands-on operational support, cross-office collaboration, and approximately 20-25% regional travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Adaptability, accountability, and commitment to service excellence.
- Must be a current Cogency Global employee with manager acknowledgement.
Additional Information
Job Type: In-Office, M-F Hours: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST Salary Range: $60K-$65K
