International Services Specialist

Our International Services team supports legal professionals around the globe involved in various commercial transactions including international corporate filing/compliance, due diligence searches, and cross-border commercial transactions. We’re happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilites

• Correspond with a client base of high-level professionals from the largest global law firms and multi-national companies
• Receive inquiries, send quotes, place orders, and deliver results ahead of deal closings
• Partner with our worldwide network of industry agents to support research into jurisdictional requirements relating to Cogency Global’s suite of services worldwide
• Understand and continually increase knowledge around a diversity of cross-border transactions
• Collaborate with a virtual team across our U.S., London, Hong Kong, and Singapore offices to provide superior service to our clients

Job Type: In-Office, M-F Hours: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Salary Range: $50-55K
