Cogency Global is a leader in corporate compliance is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to work with our clients at Corporations, Law Firms, Lending Institutions or Small Businesses to provide legal and compliance services. Primary objectives include managing a dynamic workflow in an efficient manner, providing sustained operational excellence, meeting company goals and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process fulfillment requests, filings, searches, certified copies, good standings, certificates of facts, and service orders in multiple jurisdictions.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and required information.
• Review and submit corporate filings in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines.
• Communicate with internal teams, agencies, and branch offices.
• Maintain productivity, quality, turnaround, and error-rate expectations.
• Serve as a subject matter resource on fees, forms, and state requirements.
• Utilize and update team resources on SharePoint.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong computer and research skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Additional Information

Job Type: Remote, M-F Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Salary Range: $42K – $45K
