We are currently looking for a candidate with prior customer service experience who will enjoy the support, camaraderie and satisfaction that comes from working with a family-oriented, professional company. Applicants should have well-developed computer skills, show a strong proficiency in verbal and written communication, be organized and detail oriented.

The Registered Agent Specialist and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for sending statutory representation renewal invoices
- You will handling client deactivations and filing of agent resignations for clients
- You will be in direct contact with clients –resolving any issues dealing with their registered agent renewal invoice
- Ability to respond promptly to client questions and concerns
The skills, experience and qualifications required:
- Excellent customer service skills, and strong computer/research skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook software
- Excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to multi-task effectively, work to high standards of quality and meet deadlines
- The ability to work independently and function as part of a team.
