Vice President of Product Management

Wendy Burbidge is a Vice President of Product Management at Cogency Global Inc. specifically focusing on due diligence services for lenders.  Ms. Burbidge has extensive secured transactions experience and has been in the UCC service industry since 1996. She began her career servicing UCC search and filing requests and eventually because Vice President over Operations at Unisearch, Inc.  She has worked with countless lenders to customize their due diligence services and has provided the tools needed for them to be successful in accomplishing their requirements.  In December of 2022, when Unisearch was purchased by Cogency Global, Ms. Burbidge joined the Product Management team.  She has provided content for several Cogency Global blog articles and has covered tax transcripts in lending, UCC fixture filings, UCC terminations and purchase money security interests.

 As Director of Accounts at Tax Guard, Rich works with some of Tax Guard’s largest customers to incorporate and optimize federal tax compliance data to support their unique strategic initiatives. His expertise lies in customer retention and portfolio management. During his tenure with Tax Guard, Rich has held both account management and account executive roles on the sales team and has deep experience in cultivating relationships and building strong partnerships. Prior to joining Tax Guard in 2015, Rich spent 15 years in senior strategic account management working with large lenders and law firms. His responsibilities included education within their due diligence to manage risk and compliance issues while optimizing workflow efficiency.
